It is a wonderful task fulfilled by Kichcha Sudeep for ‘Maanikya’. Remembering ‘Small’ alias Yogish for able support Kichcha Sudeep spoke at length on the making of this magnificent Manikya a remake of “Mirchi” Telugu film.

Said to be Rs.20 crores project ‘Maanikya’ a joint venture of MN Kumar, Kichcha Creations and Kolla Praveen Entertainment is hitting the silver screen in over 250 theatres on May 1, Thursday.

Known for impeccable style in all his work Kichcha Sudeep made a systematic arrangement for the trailer, songs and what his technical and artists team have to say on the making of ‘Maanikya’.

Starting from Yogish on the significance of the film ‘Maanikya’ his father Dwarakish took off the proceedings on screen and said why this title ‘Maanikya’ that was suggested by him to suit the image and standard of Sudeep.

Inviting the media with dry fruits to crunch at JW Mariott on Friday night the team of artists and technicians were decked in red and white tops to show the exemplary unity.

V Ravichandran notable actor of the film was busy shooting in Coorg did not turn up. Rebel star Ambarish and his wife Sumalatha turned up for the songs screening. One of the three songs is CG attempt. Rockline Venkatesh, Shylendra Babu, Kishore from USA, K Shivaramu, Baasha and others were greeted on the dais.
